This private home sits tucked back off Queens Highway with very little traffic. Enjoy breath taking views of brilliant blue water. While some lounge at the pool others can float in the turquoise waters of Elizabeth Harbor. Walk out your back door to an amazing outdoor living space just steps away from your own private beach. Along with access to the pool, the Master sweet has a king size bed, beautiful walk in shower, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The guest master has a queen bed and beautiful walk in shower. 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of twins over full bunk beds with trundles, perfect for 2 couples, a family, or just to use as a kids room equipped with a love seat and bookcase. The private loft serves as a 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be pushed together for a couple. The 3rd bathroom has a large walk in shower and double sink vanity. If you prefer a refreshing outdoor shower our fully equipped private outdoor bath will come in handy. Enjoy astonishing views from the modern kitchen and stunning indoor/outdoor living room and dining room.
The Property
Many adventures await you on the beautiful island of Exuma. Take advantage of the fully equipped villa with paddle boards, kayaks, fun floats, and private pool with a luxurious soaking sun deck. You will also find some fun beach games such as bocce ball, bean bag toss, and volleyball available to you. The kids will enjoy their very own playset/swing set.
